How do i delete apps that are sitting in my iCloud storage - Mac

I need more storage in my iCloud - I opened up my iCloud and it shows 3 apps are in my storage - not sure why or how they got there. On my Mac (OS X 10.9.5) - how can I delete them? I looked at the forums and it says to open iCloud (which I did) go to manage (which I did) it shows 2 devices (iPad and iPhone) when I click on either device it asks me to remove them from iCloud. Which is not what I want to do - I just want to remove the 3 apps that are currently being backed up. These apps are games - User uploaded file

Yes those are the apps in the picture that I wish to delete. When I click on them I don't get the option to delete. In fact nothing happens when clicked on. We have never purchased black fortress but have purchased the music one. Any other suggestions would be appreciated- thank you
