Hello i Would like to ask if the Thunderbolt 2 To FireWire 800 Adapter is riversable. I have a Thunderbolt 2 Dock and i want to connect it to a Firewire 800 machine and i thought i could connect the Adapter to the dock and then i Will have a Firewire 800 port and then connect it to my Mac. is this Possible? Anyone tried it?

So you have a Mac with T2.
It's connected via T2 to a dock.
You have a T2 to FW800 adapter.
You want to connect the T2 end to the dock and the FW800 end to the 2010 MBP.
Theoretically, it can definitely work, but no one can tell you for sure unless they've tried it with that exact dock, as it all depends on the circuitry of the dock.

if i buy the thunderbolt 2 to Firewire adapter and connect it to this and from the other side i have a firewire 800 and connect it to the macbook probably it will work...if the adapter is riversable

If I understand what you're asking, that will not work. Thunderbolt has the capacity to convert to FW, but FW does not have the capacity to convert to Thunderbolt.
Actually this is what i want to do... Convert the Thunderbolt 2 from THE DOCK machine TO FIREWIRE 800 and then connect it to my Macbook Pro 2010 That has Firewire 800
