I cannot pair my Apple TV remote

Hey,

I have a problem, when i was using my apple tv the message of "Remote Lost". After that i cannot use my remote to control, so, i used my iPhone to reset Apple TV. However, i still have the same problem. I tried to hold on "Menu" and "+",but it did not work.

My Apple TV Version is The 4th
