Home Sharing Not Working Cross-Platforms

Hello, I am having this strange issue with trying to use iTunes recently, it never did this before.


I use a Windows 10 PC to listen to music from time to time, I Home Share it from another computer that is a Mac.


Everything was fine a while ago, but for some strange reason, now I can't seem to connect to it.


It shows up, I can click on it. But after a while of trying to connect, it will kick me out and go back to my main iTunes page.


I haven't changed the software on my PC as of late so I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem or can point me to a fix. I seemed to have tried everything but can't get it to work.
