Bought an apple silicon case for iphone 7 plus from an authorized retailer in Sri Lanka (we don't have an apple store here) but the case starts peeling off from edges.
It is only about 2 months old. Disappointed after spending money on a genuine apple product.
Is there anything I can do to get it replaced here ?

If it has been determined that the issue is not due to a defect in materials or workmanship, then the case will not be eligible for replacement under warranty.

If you believe that the case was defective, contact an Apple Authorised Service Provider with a view to having it inspected and, if eligible, replaced under warranty:
Hmmm, so I contacted the authorised dealer/service provider I bought it from and they keep saying it is not covered under any warranty.
Not sure what I can do to get this sorted.
Is there a way that I could escalate this to apple ?

Seller says there is no warranty for accesories.

ps. My Service provider just said the cases are not covered under warranty. Didn't even offer to inspect the case !
