How to remove my payment from iTunes and no none option is unavailable

I have requested a new debit card from my bank and It still coming in the mail, but for now how can I remove my payment method from iTunes store and continue on using my phone and update my apps, and I believe I still owes iCloud storage money for monthly plane 5Gb extra storage. So how can I continue using my phone, updating my Apps, and downloading a new apps without any interruption from the iCloud payment issue. Thank you

If you owe iTunes money you won't be able to download anything on the account, including app updates, until you've paid what you owe - to see if you do owe iTunes : If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you don't, these are the instructions that you are using (you won't get the 'none' option when trying to download something) : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
