My iPhone 7plus red edition is having problems with mic after three weeks of purchase. People do not hear or they hear noisy buzzing sound during phone calls. please advice

I am on my FOURTH iphone 7 red phone and the call quality is horrible. Apple keeps sending me the same Red replacement. This product is complete garbage. Whatever was put inside the Red version of the iphone 7 (7 second fireproof components, etc.?) causes all of my calls to sound horrible to the other person. My voice fades in and out and it sounds like buzzing noise. Every phone they have sent to me has the exact same problem and they refuse to send me a different version of the iphone 7, i.e. rose gold, etc. I have to suffer for two years now with this terribly fautly product that was $900 or so dollars, what a complete rip off and Apple has done nothing to resolve the problem.

I am completely disgusted with Apple and this will be my LAST IPHONE that I ever purchase for myself or my family members.

Me too. I took it to Apple as well as going through Verizon. Apple gave me a new red phone and because they were concerned it was a software issue, after everything else failed, all my stuff was wiped out and had to start all over again. It was okay for about a week, but now it's same issue. The last couple iphones I've gotten all seem to have annoying issues. At this point, THIS will be my last iphone!

Hint: I've found talking on speaker phone makes it easier for the other party to understand me.

I am on my 3rd 7plus and quite frankly I am fed up with this seemingly simple issue that Apple fail to rectify!!! I will now have to go for a fourth device as I am experiencing the same issue of callers unable to hear me during a call!

I think Apple need to rectify this issue prior to concentrating on the new 7s, 7 s plus & 8, after all we all know we'll still have the same issue 6 months down the line.

Apple, do you really expect me as a customer of a £800 device to take receipt of a fourth device with the same issue knowing that you have been making phones for the last 10 years?

I am stuck with Apple at present due to having a iwatch given to me as a present, but that does leave me with the thoughts of returning to android!!!!
