Google Message Saying Unusual Traffic

Hi all,

Sorry if this is in the wrong category. I tried using Google on my iPhone and it came up with a message saying unusual traffic was being detected on my network and it prompted me to check a box saying "I am not a robot." Could my iPhone be possibly infected? I was using a non-secured wifi network at a University which I use often but never saw this message before.
