Any authorized reseller to change a MacBook Pro for a new one in Dominica Repulibic?

Thanks for clarifying. The authorised re-seller should have the authority to replace the battery under guarantee ... always providing the machine is still under guarantee. If the battery situation is due a re-call, that too should be available via an Authorised re-seller. So CCC's suggested target should be valid.
Did you mean you want a new Macbook Pro? The warranty will cover repairs; replacements are usually only done if there have been several repair attempts. So, if it is in warranty, Apple and/or the reseller must honor it and repair it (replacing the battery most likely).

My MacBook Pro came with some problems. It turns off suddently. The authorized reseller in my country verified that battery is bad, so I want a new one.
Is there any authorized seller in Dominican Republic where I can change a MacBook Pro for a new one without sending back to Apple in USA or without cost to me?
