Apple Keyboard (A1243) connected to a desktop PC with Windows 10 - can't recognize USB ports

I connected my Apple Keyboard (A1243) to a desktop PC with Windows 10 creators (it is not bootcamp) and it does not detect the 2 USB ports when connecting a USB stick, however all the keys work correctly, I have corroborated that it is not a port failure by testing the keyboard on a Mac and there perfectly recognizes the memory USB

Any ideas or solutions they can give me?
