Phishing Attack?

I have gotten two emails from:

The body of the email says:
====
Dear Client,
Recently a request was submitted to reset your password for our client area.
Date: 16 April 2017
Country: Belgium
IP Address: 93.188.160.176
If you did not request this, please ignore this email. It will expire and become useless in 2
hours time.
If you have not signed in to iCloud recently and someone may have accessed your account, go to AppleID.
<BUTTON that says "Secure My Account>

and update your account details as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you soon!

There is a large button that says: "Secure My Account" which when you click it takes you somewhere that is decidedly NOT icloud.com domain. I can't remember the first part of the domain name, but it ended in .gq ... I am NOT clicking it again. I entered no data, since I believe this is definite phishing attack. I reported it twice as such.

Can anyone confirm?

I found this article (dated though):
