Hello. Does anybody know if it is possible to sell or transfer an Apple ID to someone else? I am thinking of switching over to android, but I have gift cards and purchased apps in the App Store. I want to sell it and transfer everything over to someone else. Also, is it possible to transfer iTunes gift cards over to someone elses account (Such as a family member)?

No. That is not possible. Content purchased (downloaded) from one Apple ID cannot be transferred to another.
