How do I correct error code -1 when restoring iPhone 7

I'm trying to restore my iPhone 7 since I woke up this morning and it could not find cellular signal. Worked with my carrier for troubleshooting and, while I was at work and had access to a working phone, I spoke with Apple Customer Support on how to resolve that issue. Only about halfway through the restore I get an message with error code (-1)

iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.1
