You are not talking to Apple here. We are users just like you, and don't work for Apple either.
I would suggest submitting your feedback to Apple using the following link:

I came here trying to see how to disable it as it causes this shaking jello- like distortion, especially while in motion (dash cam App, forget about it) There are several threads complaining about it with no way of turning it off, and no issue with the iPhone 6. Even saw one where someone suggested a YouTube video showing how to use a magnet to counter the OIS action. You all respond to this question but not the complaints. Why? This is my first IPhone and am already disappointed I can't take as quality of videos as which my old Samsung. This "ingenious" "innovative" camera was supposed to blow my mind but I have yet to create a video like in the "recorded on iPhone" commercials.
It doesn’t look like even sending replies strait to Apple had any effect either. They never fixed the issue in iPhone 7.This forum suggests asking questions there, and Apple suggests asking questions here. Can’t think of a better term, but this is circular reasoning perhaps?
Hello,
Your iPhone uses optical image stabilization automatically. There is nothing you need to do to enable it!
