No. An Apple watch can only be paired to one iPhone at a time.

If you need to pair it to a secondary iPhone you need to first unpair the watch from the first iPhone.

If you look at the support document that you linked to the forum with, you can pair more than one watch to an iPhone, but you cannot pair more than one phone to a watch.
