iPhone 7 plus battery case that is lightening cable friendly

I just purchased an iPhone 7 plus. I have spent hours searching google but cannot find the type of case I am looking for. I would like a battery case with decent battery at least 75% extra or more because I will be using my device a lot especially to listen to music. But I do want to buy the bluetooth earphones I just want to use the standard apple ones so I need a case that allows access to the lightening port while still having the case on the phone (I am actually shocked that the majority of cases prevent access to the lightening port it seems ridiculous and pointless in my opinion) but the case also needs to protect the phone and especially the screen from getting damaged if I drop the phone.

I see the majority of cases being advertised as being slim I have no problem with a bulky case once it provides good protection against everything especially drops. So can anyone point me in the direction of one please as seem to just be getting the same 10 - 15 cases when I look on google.

iPod classic, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

According to the information on this Apple case, https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MN022LL/A/iphone-7-smart-battery-case-product red?fnode=97&fs=f%3Diphone7%26fh%3D458e%… it supports lightning accessories, however it does not mention the earpods. I'm guessing if you are close to an Apple Store, they may be able to answer that for you. This case has a lightning port for you to connect the charger to.

Any battery case is going to use the lightning port, since that is where you would need to connect the charging cable. I've not used a battery case since my iPhone 3G, so I couldn't comment on how they are handling the change to the headphone access. Apple has battery cases, those would be the first ones I'd look at to see how they address the port issue.

Thanks for the reply but the majority of cases I have seen have the actual apple lighting port blocked off which means you cannot plug in the jack / adaptor that allows you to use the old wired apple earphones and all involve you having to remove the actual case if say for example you wanted to add more music to the device from iTunes. The cases have their own lighting port but most of them are only compatible with what you get with the actual case and not apple products.

You might want to look at screen protectors then if that is important. We just replaced one on my daughter's phone. When she bought the phone she had the Belkin ScreenCare+ Invisiglass installed. She chipped a portion of it the other day and we just got another one. They are very durable, and thin, as to not make the device bulky and fit with the case she uses. I would highly recommend it, and I've never recommended screen protectors before. They install them right at the Apple Stores. Very good product.
