iPhone getting disconnected after installing windows driver

it's been 3 days and i still can't fix this.

so the problem is that with no driver installed on the computer my iPhone gets charged and i can reach my photos but as soon as i installed iTunes the iPhone stopped getting charged and it got disconnected,if i uninstall the driver it gets connected again but in both situations iTunes is not able to detect the iPhone....

also the driver has a yellow sign with it when it is installed
