A cousin of mine deleted his icloud account and removed all his information from his phone and he gave me the phone to use....and when i try to sign up for a new account,it keeps saying"this phome has reached its maximum sign up for a free icloud account....can someone tell me ehat to do???

An iPhone 4 can not be updated beyond IOS 7
