Hi. A few days ago I got certain troubles with whatsapp and I needed to eliminate app. I have an iPhone 5S.
When I decided to download it again, remains on hold. I noticed a former of whatsapp archive on adjust of the application and I can't erase it. As far as my knowledge goes, I think that's the reason preventing new download of whatsapp.

ask WhatsApp or look at their support site.
Thanks! Yet, I already wrote them and the answer said something completely different of my problem. Third time writing them, still no success.
