Apple TV gen2 can't log into itunes

update 6.2.1. Can no longer log into iTunes store. Tried to reset and still can't log in. Purchased a new Apple TV and it works fine, but have 4 of the gen 2 and can't see my iTunes movies on any of them. Says password or account name is wrong, but used the same info on the new Apple TV. Do not want to buy 3 more Apple TVs at $149 a pop! Anyone else have this problem?

AppleTV 2, Other OS, 6.2.1 update

Hi. Try the technique in this link: Re: appleTV keeps asking for appleID, password and authentication code circularly. Be sure to follow the steps in order, since the code has a short timeout.
