A problem when i purchased
When i want purchase i face a problem and i face masseg said "your purchased cuold not be completed"
Visit https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww.
Choose your country.
Scroll all the way down and click Get support.
Click iTunes Store.
Start typing "Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction" and click the suggestion when it appears.
That should get you through to this set of options. Pick one.
