"Unable to Purchase" error

I had to switch my phone from 7 to 6. I restored from backup and lot of Apps required to download.


Now none of the apps are downloading and the progress circle does not start at all. When I soft reset by holding home+power button upon restart i get error "unable to purchase"


Due to this am not able to download any apps. Please help.

I have enough space like more than 30GB. Am downloading small apps like google, gmail and google maps they may not be more than 100MB infact never had problem downloading them in the past manytimes when i changed phones.


Soft reset is like a magic wand or "restart" of Windows. Do it when you cant get thru a problem and it may solve the problem most of the time.


In my case it did not solve tho :-(
