iPhone 5s bezel cracked and bending away from screen

I've had my iPhone 5s since June 2015 with a life proof case. I noticed though that over time, visible indents formed on the back of the phone because of the case which has 2 raised pieces of plastic on the back part of the case. That might be related to my current issue. A week or two ago I noticed that there was a crack in the aluminum bezel of the phone just above the negative volume button and the section of the bezel above it was bending downward... It's gotten worse and you can see inside the phone at the right angle...

Tl;dr: see pictures. what should I do to fix the issue?
