What is the final royalty payment for publishing an eBook with Apple and in what form are the payments made to the author?
PS As I understand it, there are no "royalties" involved. You are the publisher and you essentially pay Apple a commission of 30% to use their store, and they remit your sales proceeds to you after deducting that commission.
