why does my iphone keep dropping my wifi connection at home

I have an iPhone 6 with 10.3.1. Over the past month (I'm guessing) I've noticed that my phone keeps dropping wifi connection at home. Then I have a hard time reconnecting - it doesn't seem to recognize my password & keeps prompting me to re-enter it. I've tried turning my phone off. Any other suggestions?!
