How to back up apps to iCloud and restore to the new iPhone?

How to back up Viber and what's up and other apps through iCloud and restore to the new iPhone.

I did according to the instruction, after restoring I saw all apps on my new iPhone with msg waiting to download and after some time they were all gone.

Restored iPhone has Sms data, photos and some basic apps. In managing apps to back app I had all apps.

What should I do ? How to restore all apps through iCloud?

iTunes passport I forgot.

OS 10.3.1 restore to iPhone 7plus

Apps themselves are not backed up to iCloud. If the app is so designed and you've selected the correct options, the data from the apps can be.

It has been my experience that most apps will redownload after the back up is complete. If the app is missing from your phone, go to the App Store>Updates>Purchased>Not on this iPhone and select what you want to re-download.

Only if the app saved the data somewhere. Some apps save the data to iCloud, some to other places. It all depends on whether a) the app offers a back up function and b) you opted to take advantage of it.
