Often times when I'm viewing email with attachments or downloading documents on my iPhone I want to save the document to my iCloud account; yet I can't change the file name unless the file name already exists. With iCloud I can only select a file folder.
Thank you for the response; however, this issue relates to the initial save to iCloud.
After tapping on a PDF file, and tapping on the box with the up-arrow, selecting "add to iCloud," it appears my only option is to select a folder.
Prior to selecting a folder, I want to change the file name. If I had selected "save to Dropbox" after opening the PDF, I can easily change the file name by tapping on the file name, change it, then select a folder.
I can't believe Apple would allow itself to be one-upped by Dropbox.

If the file is already in your iCloud Drive, swipe left, choose 'More', and you should be presented with the option to Rename, Share, or Move.
