Can I use lens cleaning wipes to clean my MacBook Pro screen?

Can I use ammonia free lens cleaning wipes that contain isopropyl alcohol to clean my late 2016 MacBook Pro screen? I know that it says to use a damp, lint free cloth, but I was wondering if these would work as well? Thank you!

RVett,

The instructions provided by Apple are very specific: Cleaning your Apple products - Apple Support

"To clean the screen on your MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air, first shut down the computer and unplug the power adapter. Dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water only, then use it to clean the computer's screen."
