my beats wireless solo3 wont turn on
My beats wireless solo 3 shows all light and indicates that they are fully charged but when I take them off the charger they won't turn on
Go back to where you purchased them and exchange them.

Mine won't turn on or charge - there are no lights that come on when I try to reset - please help! I have had them for 2 days...
I had the same issue with my week old Beats Solo 3. I ended up returning them for a new pair.
When I hold it for more than 10 seconds none of my lights turn on the time my lights turn on are when I plug my Solos into charge.

Set up and use your Solo3 Wireless headphonesHold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:
Power button
Volume down (-) button
When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
