Bluetooth connection to Ricoh MP C3004

Has anyone been able to connect via Bluetooth to a Ricoh multi function printer? I have tried connection my iPhone 6 to an MP C3004 the printer says it's connected but my phone says the MP C3004 is an unsupported device. Is there a fix for this? I have iOS 10.3.1 on my phone I updated hoping for a fix but no joy
