Wacom Cintiq Pro and Macbook Pro: stylus issue

I purchased a Cintiq Pro 13 last week. I'm using a 2015 Macbook Pro with latest Sierra OSX, I connected the wacom by display port. Everything works alright, the touch functionality and the tablet itself connects perfectly, except for the Stylus. It's absolutely impossible to move it on the screen. As soon as I put stylus on tablet the cursor goes crazy and moves by itself from up to down. I reinstalled wacom's latest drivers more than 3 times already and I can't get the cursor to work correctly. Calibration does not work, after doing it nothing changes.

Does this look like a software/ driver issue or like something bigger like a Cintiq factory defect issue?
