Restore Mail to iPad?
I deleted Mail from my iPad. How can I restore it?

If you mean that you delete the Mail app then go to the App Store app and search for it and redownload it - opening this link in Safari in your iPad should take you straight to it in the store : http://geo.itunes.apple.com/app/mail/id1108187098?mt=8
(Your tagline says iPad 2 and iOS 10.3.1 - at least one of those is wrong, an iPad 2 only supports up to iOS 9.3.5)
