My apple watch is stuck on charging screen

My apple watch has been stuck on the charging screen for over an hour. It has a green charging bolt at the top. I've plugged it into different outlets and still nothing. I've held the side button for more than 10 seconds and still nothing. Ist there a way to reboot it completely? Please help.
