how to add caller's image in a circular mode next to his name instead of fullscreen image ?

hey there ever since the iOS 10 came out there has been small unnoticeable changes, where you're in the middle of calling someone, a small circular icon appears next to the caller's name with his picture in it whenever I try to call someone their pictures blurs out in full screen mode in behind so it just stresses me out so I'm wondering if anyone has any idea how to add the circular image next to the name instead of the full screen User uploaded fileUser uploaded file
