I have 2 iPads (iPad Air and iPad Mini Retina) installed with Apple Classroom 2.0. They are on the same network but the Classroom option doesn't appear on the student iPad under Settings. Any possible reasons why? I confirmed that they're on the same network because the 2 iPads can see each other with AirDrop.

Is the iPad Air a version 1 or 2? What version is the Mini?

Do you have multiple IP ranges? Or multiple subnets?
Make sure that the iPads are not in lock screen, and not join in personal hotspot.
