Wildcard support for Iphone Phone book

I was wondering if there is a way to add Wildcard functionality to Iphone's phone book.

Example.

Adding a number that is 716-836-72&& would effectively add a block contact for all 100 phone numbers covering 716-836-7200 716-836-7201 ... 716-836-7299

Why would this be useful?

Scenario 1 a debt collector spammer or otherwise nuisance caller is harassing you and you wish to know who it is and possibly block it.

Scenario 2 you are an IT worker, or Nurse, or Doctor, or anyone who is on call and you wish to add a contact to your or your significant others so a block of phone calls from work always rings and does not get ignored as an unknown phone call thus risking your very lively hood or possibly saving your patients life!

If there is not a way to do this maybe it should be added into the next ios update.

Specific numbers should take priority. For instance, 716-836-7260 could be added as a second contact called supervisor and when it rings the wildcard rule gets ignored and the distinctive ring and contact for my boss becomes active instead.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.3.1
