Bluetooth on iPad Pro stops abruptly

I have an iPad Pro running the latest version of IOS 10, and am experiencing an occasional, but repeated experience where the Bluetooth just shuts down. I have the Apple "Fold Around" keyboard for it and an Apple Pencil. Both stop at the same time. When I check the settings, the Bluetooth reports that it's "ON", but the Keyboard has quit and the Pencil reports "Not Connected". When you try to pair it, it fails.

So far, the only thing that seems to restore it, is to completely reboot the device (turning Bluetooth off and back on hasn't worked so far).

Is this a glitch in my iPad or just a known phenomenon?

Thanks!

iPad Pro, iOS 10.2.1

It's the standard Apple Keyboard that's sold with. The iPad Pro...the flat, gray, sealed keyboard that yes, plugs into the three connectors. The keyboard and the pencil die at the exact same moment. I'll be typing along and suddenly the app I'm in pops up the screeen keyboard (indicating that the connection has been lost. You go to the settings and the Apple Pencil shows "not connected" and it won't connect if you try to forget it and reconnect. Turn Bluetooth off and back on....doesn't fix it. Rebooting the iPad does. It seems to happen every four or five days (I use the iPad A LOT) Hope this helps.
