an Authorized Apple Repair center should have asked for the admin password or for you to create a temp admin account for services related to completion of repair if it's needed.
No one should be snooping around for passwords or watching youtube videos on your system.

I'm not entriely sure of what is involved and what could be done with this data but it is possible to export your keychain data

if you dont use Keychain (and some of us, including me don't) then those "•••••••• "passwords are not transferable.
someone might see them as ••••••••• in a login windows but f they paste them the don't appear as plain text passwords, at least they shouldn't.
You are far more likely getting hacked by using the same password for one on line service as you do for others, and if that gets hacked someone only needs to guess that you use the same one for Apple or Amazon or whatever and try that combo on a site and see if it "unlocks the door" for them so to speak.
As I said if you suspect an Apple employee or someone who is supposed to represent an Apple Authorized Repair Center is using your credentials against your discretion you need to contact Apple. In the mean time if you are concerned you should change those passwords and remove the possibility of access with the previous credentials.

That's not to say they have any right to go snooping around and using your account to view YouTube videos. The disturbing part is how they got your password? How do you save passwords on your Mac? As Jimmy says, you certainly should let Apple know.

Realistically, no. I believe the someone like the NSA might be able to retrieve passwords if your machine is still booted and they physically removed the soldered on RAM, and they know very sophisticated methods. Not a job for your repair shop.
I do gave them the admin password so they can access and repair my macbook. Although I didn't log off other accounts like youtube so when they open youtube on safari, they are automatically logged in. The point is do I have any rights to blame them if any of my personal informations is leaked or stolen? Or is it my fault for that?

I understand that. Please read my previous post discussing how they could (could not, really) get your passwords and use them however they pleased.
No your data is not safe. You may lose all the data during the repair. You should always create a data backup and an admin account before leaving your computer for repair.
