As a sender, there is not a setting to eliminate them, but you can easily choose not to use them.
For messages you receive, you can consider to turn on Reduce Motion: Reduce screen motion on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support which will eliminate them on incoming messages.
Thanks for your suggestion. How do I select to not use any effect for my outgoing messages? There's no menu choice for that.
