Upgrade Program

I have a phone through the upgrade program that I recently renewed in February? Can I give that phone to my son and switch it to his number and me get a new phone through an additional upgrade program?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2

I believe as part of the upgrade program you have to trade-in your old iPhone:

Unless you made 24 payments, then the iPhone is yours (as explained in the above link).

Hi

Yes you can just swap the simcard he need to have his own apple I'd

So you would need to turn off find my iPhone & restore back to factory settings Then it ready for your son to setup.

I am going to continue to pay for it. Do not want to trade it in. I just want to switch out the SIM card

Would we need to go to Apple or AT&T to get a new sim activated given that he is going from a 5s to a 7 and the sim is a different size
