Haptic Engine Problem

Hi there, a few months ago I got an Apple i7 128GB cell phone for my brother as a gift from USA. When I came back to Turkey we unboxed it and we realised that there is a problem when we press on the screen while phone call. We really feel unhappy because Apple Turkey does not help us in any way. Can you please help us ? There is no a vacation opportunity to USA soon for us.

Hi sberman, you may be right about what you mean actually but an iPhone is about 1.400$ in Turkey and it explains why we bought cell phones from USA. Also I serve USA as an visa&passport interview in Turkey that is why we travel often, but what a luck nowadays there is no any travel plan for soon :)

As you now realize, you should not have purchased an iPhone in a country where you are not residing.
