USB hub

My usb hub is no longer working after updating my apple mini to OSX 10.12.4

I tried to plug it to different USB ports it still does not work.

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.4)

My external USB hub (that, by the way is a USB3 hub) is connected but, as you can see, is not detected.

I have also to note that an hard disk connected to the external hub is randomly mounted (it only happened a couple of times) and is shown under the second USB2 hub (Product ID: 0x0024)

Unfurtunately I do not think that this is the problem:

If I remove the device (logitech camera), the external hub is still undetected:
