Notification to see screen

Hi there,

I have received the following notification on my mac (MacOS Sierra 10.12.4):

User uploaded file

It is in French. Roughly translated:

"AppleCare would like to view your screen. Accept/Decline"

Of course, I did not accept nor decline. I just waited a few seconds, then the message disappeared. It then appeared again and I took the above screenshot.

I did not find any help on Google, using message both in French and English.

A clue on it?

This is the notification you get when someone you are in an conversation in Messages asks to see your screen - for example, say you and I were exchanging imessages; I could click on Details and then click the button to ask to see your screen, for example if I were trying to help you with a problem in your mac. If you were doing this with someone from Applecare, then this would be quite normal.

To , do a screen sharing , you must be connected to wi -fi and has to provide apple mail address to the Apple care advisor , a notification will come on top right corner you have to click on accept , then terms and conditions will be shown in the centre of the desktop , click on agree after a short while , you can see a thick red arrow pointing towards right at the bottom left of your desktop , advisor on the other end will view your screen and can move the arrow to guide .

If you take the cursor on top right two small squares will be seen overlapping each , this is an indication that your screen is shared .

When the the telephonic conversation / chat is ended , a pop - up window will appear the screen session is ended , you have to click on yes to remove the software .
