Apple ID Suspicious Activity SCAM

My iPhone 6, iOS 10.2.1 has been receiving email from so called "Apple ID" about suspicious activity was found from unrecognized device. The problem is I have received this kind of mail for four times, and the time they listed was the same at 9.34 am and all are from Indonesian. Every time I followed instruction to click the "Your Account" and redirected to Apple ID website. My account was locked and I have reset my password and entered my information (name, address, etc). But this time I could not direct to the Apple ID website instead. The email address was from <cukuptauajayagan@scurekontlodowo.com>, <verify-accountappleid2@scurekontlodowo.com>, <teamtwilioi@scurekontlodowo.com>. Is this a scam? And I found their languages were so weird. As for the date they written May as Mey, and reminder to remender. Would it be security issue for the previous password changed? I have activated two factor authentication as well.

You may wish to change your Apple ID log/pass with a password you do not use for any other on line service. If you use your same log/pass combo with another service (e.g. Yahoo, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and that service is "hacked" then the perpetrators have to only try typing this same combo in any other service to get into your other accounts.

Also consider enabling two factor authentication if you have not done so already.

Any with an embedded link should be ignored and immediately deleted. You can always login to you AppleID account from any web browser, so there is no need to ever, for any reason at all, follow any embedded link in any message from anyone.

That applies to any account you have with anyone - Apple, Google, your bank, your email provider, etc. You know how to access your own account (or should, and if not, can independently search and find out how) so never, ever click on any link in any message to verify, check, amend, change or do anything else to any account you have with anyone.

If you feel you need to, open a web browser (or app if there is one for that account or service) and verify things for yourself. Never, under any circumstances, trust any link in any message. There simply is no need to ever do so.

Thank you for your reply. Is there any security issue with my Apple ID if I have followed the instructions by clicking the link they given to reset my password?

Clicking the link takes you to the scammer's (phisher's) website. That is exactly what they want you to do. They will have your Apple ID if you enter it on their website.

NEVER follow links in an email body.
