ipad model A1395 disabled

error says connect to itunes ......when connected to itunes error in the laptop enter the passcode to sign in to itunes

To reset a device : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't remember who you are : If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

Try recovery mode.
