I would like to know what it's called, whether it can be replaced and how much? Again I have no idea how it happened and I've had it less than 3 weeks so gutted is an understatement.
Take it to an authorized service center for evaluation and cost to repair estimate. It looks to me like impact or pressure damage but that is only a guess on my part.
