How do I change keyboard to French cana

Go to Settings->General->Keyboard->Keyboards and add the French(Canada) keyboard.

Then when typing and wanting to change to it, tap and hold down the globe icon on the bottom left corner of the keyboard and select the keyboard from the list.

The "proper" French Canadian keyboard layout isn't there. I used to have it but had to reinstall and have lost it--now I can't find it anywhere. I remember that I had downloaded it from somewhere. It's icon was a little blue "Fleur de Lys" Quebec flag. If anyone has a direct link to it please let me know, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks.
