My watch will only connect with my phone via wifi and not Bluetooth. Both devices have Bluetooth enabled. I have had the watch for a year an a half. It just started after the battery was low and went into power saver mode.

Return to normal power mode. Restart Apple Watch—press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo. The battery must have at least 10 percent charge for Apple Watch to restart.
