Is Battery Usage supposed to reset when iPhone is charged?

I noticed in the past how Battery Usage data in Settings was deleted when an iPhone was charged, which I found disconcerting.

I'm not noticing this any more. Not sure if iOS 10 has changed how this works.

Thanks for your answer. However, I've done some tests that don't confirm what you said.

I've just unplugged my iPhone at 45% charge and the battery usage data is still there.

I've restarted it and it also remains there.

This picture is after I've unplugged, plugged again and restarted the iPhone.

The bottom message seems to indicate that I've never charged my iPhone, which is not true, I've charged it fully hundreds of times.

The information in the upper portion does not reset. That will remain there, but change based on the day, since it is looking at the past 24 hours, and that will change based on what time it is when you check.

The bottom section about usage and Standby will clear when you begin to charge, and if you get to a certain amount of charge, it will clear, and will not show current statistics until the device is charged to 100% and then unplugged. Then it will begin to count down the time since the last full charge, as indicated by the statement below the charging statistics.
