5s losing network coverage everywhere since iOS10 update. Receives text but not vioce?

My 5s won't send or receive voice calls. Receives text and Facetime calls but I need my phone for work!

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.3, 10.3.2

I see that your iPhone 5s won't send or receive voice calls. It receives text messages and FaceTime calls fine. I'll be glad to help assist you with this.
